This Privacy Policy explains how HSimliy - Home Inventory ("HSimliy," "we," "us," or "our") handles information when you use the HSimliy mobile application (the "App").
2. Information We Do Not Collect
HSimliy does not collect personal information or device information. The App does not require you to create an account or sign in.
- No name, email address, phone number, or account information is collected.
- No precise location, contacts, photos, camera, microphone, or other sensitive device data is collected.
- No advertising identifiers, analytics, crash-reporting services, or tracking technologies are used.
- No inventory information is uploaded to a server or transmitted over the internet.
3. Information Stored on Your Device
To provide the App's features, HSimliy stores the information you enter locally on your device. This may include item names, categories, quantities, expiry dates, maintenance dates, and custom category names.
This information is used only to display and organize your home inventory within the App. It remains on your device unless you delete it, uninstall the App, or your device removes it according to its own settings.
4. How We Use Information
Because HSimliy does not receive your information, we do not use it for advertising, profiling, analytics, marketing, or any purpose outside the App. Local inventory information is used only to provide category lists, item counts, expiry reminders, maintenance reminders, and filtering on your device.
5. Sharing and Third Parties
We do not sell, rent, trade, disclose, or share your information with third parties. HSimliy does not include third-party advertising SDKs, analytics SDKs, social media SDKs, or online content.
6. Data Retention and Deletion
You control the locally stored information in HSimliy. You can delete individual items from their detail page or clear all items in a category from the Settings page. Uninstalling the App may also remove its locally stored data, subject to your device's backup and operating system settings.
7. Children and Age Requirements
HSimliy is not directed to, designed for, or permitted to be used by children under 13 years of age. If you are under 13, do not download, install, or use the App, and do not contact us through the email address below.
The App is intended only for users who are 13 years of age or older. Users aged 13 to the age of majority in their country should use the App only with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian where required by applicable law.
HSimliy does not knowingly collect personal information from children. Since the App does not collect or transmit user information, we have no intention of identifying or profiling children. If you believe a child under 13 has contacted us or otherwise provided personal information, please contact us so that we can address the matter.
8. Security
HSimliy is designed to keep inventory information local to your device. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device, including using device-level screen locks and keeping your operating system up to date.
9. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy if the App's features or data practices change. Any update will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. If a future version of the App begins collecting or transmitting personal information, this policy will be updated before that change takes effect.
